ABOUT ABOUT

The fourth stop in the 2015 CT Mirror Policy Pairings Series is at Half Full Brewery on Tuesday, May 19. Talk of rail expansion, especially the New Haven line, has persisted for decades so will this talk become reality? Connecticut remains a choke point in the Northeast rail corridor, and with the state planning to run 11 commuter trips from Springfield through Hartford to New Haven beginning in late 2016, will the state - and region - become more rail-friendly in the future? Find out in the last part of The Mirror's Policy Pairings Series.

FOOD: Assorted pub fare

PANEL: James Redeker - Connecticut Transportation Commissioner
Amanda Kennedy - Connecticut Director, Regional Plan Association
